Seasons of a
lake
Objectives:
- Students will be able to make
notes from the information in this section to complete a comparison chart that
shows the changes that occur in a lake over the seasons.

Hand out Lakes Worksheet #S-6
Students need to log onto
www.kidfish.bc.ca. and click on the "Our Lakes" icon. Students then need to
click on "seasons of a lake" in blue print.
Have students read this section
and make notes on the worksheet as per instructions.

oxygen, water gets warmer, top layer oxygen rich, fish live near surface for
